DEFINING THE BIM EXECUTION PLAN COURSE
The BIM Execution Plan course presents the process of BIM Execution Planning and the development of the core BIM document BIM Execution Plan, BEP in line with ISO 19650. It demonstrates how the BEP can be used as a tool to provide a standardized workflow and general guidance for strategic BIM implementation.

BIM Execution Planning
Part 1
In this part, we understand BIM Execution Planning in line with ISO 19650 and recognize the development of process mapping in execution planning.
BIM Execution Plan
Part 2
In this part, we identify the purpose of the BIM Execution Plan, BEP and understand how to develop content both for the pre-appointment and the delivery team's BEP, in line with ISO 19650.
