BIM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT COURSE
This course provides an overview of Information Management in line with the international standard ISO 19650-2 with a reference to UK standards for BIM Implementation. It describes the activities that occur within the Information Management stages from the Assessment and Need until the Project Close out and explains the basic documents related to Information Delivery planning.
Recognize ISO key terminology and identify the Information management team's structure.
Identify the key activities of each party and the associated task within the Information delivery cycle stages.
Understand the tasks and responsibilities of the client at each stage.
Identify how teams generate, review, approve and publish information within the Information delivery cycle.
Establish the Tender requirements and evaluation criteria and complete the Appointment resources.
Understand the process of BIM Execution Planning and the documents that support the transfer and delivery of information.

In this Module, we describe the tasks that occur during the Collaborative production of information, information model delivery, and project closeout activities, including the documents and resources developed by each party.
BEP & Information delivery planning
In this Module, we describe the process of BIM Execution Planning, identify the content and structure of the BIM Execution Plan, the development of the Responsibility matrices and the creation of Task and Master Information Delivery Plans.
