
BIM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT COURSE
The BIM Information Management course provides an overview of Information Management in line with the international standard ISO 19650-2 with a reference to the UK standards for BIM Implementation. It describes the tasks and activities that occur within the Information Management stages from the Assessment and Need until the Project Close-out and explains the key documents related to Information management.

Module 1
In this Module, we recognize the information management key terminology, identify the information management team's structure, understand the key activities of each party and how information is exchanged, checked and verified.
Assesment & Need & Procurement
Module 2
In this Module, we explain in detail the tasks that occur during the Assessment and Need, Invitation to tender and Tender response activities, including the documents and resources developed by each party.
Planning
Module 3
In this Module, we identify the tasks that occur during the Appointment and Mobilization activities, including the documents and resources developed by each party.
Production & project close out
Module 4
In this Module, we describe the tasks that occur during the Collaborative production of information, information model delivery, and project closeout activities, including the documents and resources developed by each party.
BEP & Information delivery planning
Module 5
In this Module, we describe the process of BIM Execution Planning, identify the content and structure of the BIM Execution Plan, the development of the Responsibility matrices and the creation of Task and Master Information Delivery Plans.
