BIM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT COURSE
The BIM Information Management Course provides a detailed overview of Information Management in line with the international standard ISO 19650-2 with a reference to the UK standards for BIM Implementation. It describes the activities that occur during the Information Management stages from the Assessment and Need until the Project Close out and explains the key documents related to Information Delivery planning.

In this module, we explore the key terminology of information management, the structure of the information management team, and the essential activities of each member.
Assessment and Need and Procurement
Module 2
In this module, we provide a detailed explanation of the tasks, resources and documents involved in the Assessment and Needs phase, the Invitation to Tender, and the Tender Response activities.
Planning
Module 3
In this module, we identify the tasks involved in the Appointment and Mobilization activities, along with the documents and resources created by each party during these stages.
Production and Project close out
Module 4
In this module, we outline the tasks involved in the collaborative production of information, information model delivery, and project closeout activities, along with the documents and resources each party develops during these stages.
BEP and Information delivery planning
Module 5
In this module, we detail the BIM Execution Planning process, including the requirements of the BIM Execution Plan, as well as the content of Responsibility Matrices and the Task and Master Information Delivery Plans

The BIM Information Management course aims at helping professionals understand how to efficiently manage information in line with the international standard ISO 19650-2. This course is suitable for those who have an understanding of BIM as a technology, ISO 19650 terminology, maturity and the concepts and principles of implementing ISO 19650-1 and ISO 19650-2.
PREREQUISITES
For learners who do not have an understanding of the above, it is recommended to start with the BIM Foundations course or the BIM ISO 19650 Course Bundle.
