DEFINING THE BIM EXECUTION PLAN COURSE
This course presents the process of BIM Execution Planning and the development of the core BIM document BIM Execution Plan, BEP in line with ISO 19650. It demonstrates how the BEP can be used as a tool to provide a standardized workflow and general guidance for strategic BIM implementation for a particular BIM project.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
Define the BIM Execution Planning in line with ISO 19650
Understand the development of the BIM Execution planning process maps
Identify the purpose and structure of a BIM Execution Plan in line with ISO 19650
Recognize the minimum requirements of the pre–BEP and the delivery team’s BEP

In this part, we understand BIM Execution Planning in line with ISO 19650 and recognize the development of process mapping in execution planning.
BIM Execution Plan
In this part, we identify the purpose of the BIM Execution Plan, BEP and understand how to develop content both for the pre-appointment and the delivery team's BEP, in line with ISO 19650.
The training is delivered through an online educational platform through video tutorials,
a quiz, a portfolio activity, an e-book, further study material and an assessment test
offering an engaging learning experience.
